NZ absent on cerebral palsy operation

Cerebral palsy is one of those things we think we know about, but many of us don't.
It's the most common physical disability that children suffer, and there's a surgery that can fix one of the biggest physical effects – a child's walk.
But New Zealand doesn't do this operation. And if you pay for it yourself, overseas, there's no funding for the intensive post-surgery physical therapy either.
