Who should lead Labour?

The result of tomorrow's Labour caucus vote is not in doubt, current leader David Shearer will be retained.
The vote is a carefully managed public relations exercise and show of strength.
Mr Shearer has called the vote to ensure he has a mandate to re-shuffle his front benches and demote the dissenting voices, such as leadership rival David Cunliffe.
But what do you, the voting public, think?
Should Mr Shearer step aside or can he unite Labour for a common cause.
