Police will update media on the progress they've made investigating a double fatal house fire in Palmerston North this morning.
Nine people were taken to hospital, though only six officially admitted, following the fire on Exeter Cres.
Housing New Zealand says it installed 11 smoke alarms in the house during an inspection in November, and the Fire Service says they found a number of smoke alarms in a box inside the house.
