A father has been reunited with his baby daughter after she was pulled from the rubble of a building in Kenya three days after it collapsed.

The six-month-old is receiving treatment for dehydration, but has no visible physical injuries.

Father Raslon Wasike has thanked her rescuers.

"Through their efforts, through their patience, through their hearts that are human -- that's why people like us, we can smile."

The baby's mother is still missing.

At least 23 people died after a residential building in the capital Nairobi collapsed during heavy rains last week. About 135 have been rescued and 93 are missing.

The owner, Samuel Karanja Kamau, has been charged with manslaughter, reports BBC News. He did not have permission to rent out rooms in the building, which was scheduled for demolition.
