Police in the UK are investigating a violent road rage attack on the M62 motorway near Manchester.

A minor traffic accident between two trucks blew up when one of the drivers attacked the other, using first his truck and then a shovel.

A scuffle breaks out when the drivers go to swap details before one man gets into his truck and reverses into the lorry.

The impact breaks the bumper of the second truck, making the damage worse than the initial collision.

But it doesn't end there. The driver that reversed into the truck then gets out of his vehicle and grabs a shovel.

In a violent rage he smashes the driver's window on the second truck and pulls himself up to talk to the driver he is angry at.

In a statement, Greater Manchester Police said: "The driver and passenger in the lorry were just trying to get on with their days work when they collided with the man in the pick-up truck... No one could have anticipdate the level of violence they would then fall victim to."
