Patrick Gower's attempts to woo a pack of media-hating Donald Trump supporters have fallen on deaf ears.
The Newshub Political Editor has been in Miami covering the Republican presidential candidate's rally.
"I'm not talking to the [Hillary] Clinton media," one man screamed at Gower. "You guys are a sell-out."
"I'm from New Zealand though," Gower replied. "I'm not part of the Clinton media."
But it was no use.
"Zealand? You're not part of the Clinton network, are you? You're not part of the lying media are you?" the Trump supporter said.
"There is no Clinton network though," said Gower, but the man clearly didn't have a bar of it.
