Police in Portland got a shock when they received calls from concerned citizens about a naked violin player performing a solo outside the courthouse.
According to reports, the nude player has been warned several times over his naked performances. He was arrested over his latest stunt.
Matthew Thomas Mglej, 25, refused to budge, and had to be carried away by officers. Police say the name he gave may be fake.
He was arrested under city laws which state it is "unlawful for any person to expose his or her genitalia while in a public place or place visible from a public place, if the public place is open or available to persons of the opposite sex".
