An Indianapolis man about to commit an armed robbery was halted in his tracks when his attempted victim offered to pray for him.
Security video shows Gregory Smith hopping over the counter at a check cashing business and pointing a gun at the clerk’s head.
Fearing for her life she begs Smith not to shoot her and incredibly he hugs her.
She then starts talking about God and Smith drops to his knees and begins to pray.
The man even takes the bullet out of his gun to prove he would not hurt the woman.
Smith did eventually make off with a cellphone and 20 US dollars but he later handed himself in.
