Just a week after its successful maiden flight, the so-called 'flying bum' has hit a bum note.
At 92m long, the Airlander 10 is the world's largest aircraft, but it may have just recorded the world's slowest plane crash.
It nosedived north of London after an hour-and-a-half-long journey, which Hybrid Air Vehicles (HAV), the company behind the plane, has described as a "heavy landing".
"The front of the flight deck has sustained some damage which is currently being assessed," it said in a statement.
None of the crew are believed to have been injured in the crash.
"The flight went really well and the only issue was when it landed," a HAV spokesperson says.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
