The Super Bowl was watched by 114 million people on televisions across the United States yesterday.

But one person had a unique view of the event, which took place at Levi’s stadium in Santa Clara, California.

Expedition 46 Commander Scott Kelly took this photo from 400 kilometres above the stadium.

Mr Kelly tweeted "Got to see the #SuperBowl in person after all! But at 17,500MPH, it didn't last long.”
