A Sydney woman who cheated men on dating websites out of millions of dollars is facing jail.

Sanaa Derbas, 41, has pleaded guilty to 11 counts of dishonestly obtaining money by deception between 2008 and 2014.

She used telephone and web dating services Lavalife, Clique Introductions and Meeting Point to rope in wealthy men, and borrowed money from them with no intention of paying it back, reports the Sydney Morning Herald.

Her biggest catch, a 69-year-old man, lost AU$1.7 million.

Her little black books - one of which was gold, the other pink - contained the names and contact details of more than 200 men and which lies she'd told each.

Police found 15 phones at her house.

One victim was told she needed money to pay her mortgage. Another was told her son died of swine flu. A third shelled out when Derbas told him her daughter had died, and she couldn't afford the funeral expenses - that one lost AU$186,000.

One of her last victims was told she'd lost a baby to an abusive partner and her mother had recently died. Her mum actually lived just two doors down from her.

Derbas told some of the men her wealthy grandfather, who lived in Egypt, would repay them. In all, she took more than $2 million.

Derbas will be sentenced in February.
