Vanuatu earthquake: Security camera video

A security camera has captured the moments a big earthquake shook Vanuatu on Tuesday. 

The video shows an office in Port Vila as the floors and walls begin to move.

Workers headed for the doors as the shaking became more severe in the quake that registered 7.3 on the Richter Scale.

Authorities say the 15 second earthquake, and an aftershock some hours later, caused goods to fall from shelves and some minor damage.

Panicked residents of vanuatu raced for higher ground, but there was no major damage or serious injuries.

Vanuatu is part of the pacific "ring of fire" an arc of earthquake and volcanic zones stretching from chile in south america through alaska and down through the south
