A high profile legal battle between two Kiwi fashion designers who share the same surname has been settled out of court.
Last year Arrowtown-based Tamsin Cooper was blocked from registering her brand by fashionista Trelise Cooper, because it would cause confusion.
Tamsin Cooper then lodged a counter claim with the Intellectual Property Office.
However, in a statement today, Ms Cooper says the two companies have now reached an amicable solution- and she will continue to trade under her own name.
