The actor who features on posters for hit new thriller The Purge: Anarchy is threatening to sue producers of the film after they used his image without his knowledge.
Emmanuel Howell claims he pocketed less than US$1,000 for five days work as an extra, and now he wants more after spotting himself on billboards.
He tells TMZ.com he has reached out to the producers, but they simply offered him free digital movie posters.
Howell has contacted multiple lawyers, but they've all told him he doesn't have a case because he signed on to appear in the movie.
