Wrath of the Titans review

Wrath of the Titans carries on from Clash, and sees the return of Sam Worthington to the fray as half man, half god, all Aussie Perseus.

His dad Zeus is struggling to keep the underworld in order, and calls on Perseus to drop the whole lame poor peaceful fisherman/father act and start doing some more useful saving the world type stuff.

This he duly does. End credits roll.

In Imax 3D many of the action sequences here were a great watch and with a scaled back and better delivered storyline this outing was certainly an improvement on the last turgid messy outing.

It’s still alarmingly derivative however, and nothing you havent seen before.

Three stars.
