Pop star Taylor Swift celebrated Team USA's football victory at the Women's World Cup by bringing them out on stage during a concert on Friday.

The triumphant team walked out at the MetLife Stadium in New Jersey to wild cheers from the 60,000-strong crowd, and the players waved flags and sang along as they paraded up and down the specially constructed catwalk as Swift performed her hit 'Style'.

Four of the players are from New Jersey, and the squad brought the World Cup trophy with them, letting the pop star hold it as she sang. The crowd chanted "U.S.A." as the soccer players and Swift huddled onstage after the song.

The team won the World Cup by defeating Japan in the final on July 5.

The players weren't the only stars to grace Swift's stage - Girls actress Lena Dunham and Pitch Perfect 2 star Hailee Steinfeld also appeared, alongside supermodels Gigi Hadid and Lily Aldridge during 'Bad Blood'.

The women starred in Swift's infamous video for the hit, and she told the crowd, "We're going to bring the 'Bad Blood' video to life."
