Fast and Furious 7 star Ronda Rousey is to follow up her most recent Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) victory by starring in her own biopic.
The mixed martial arts superstar, who has also appeared in Expendables 3 and Entourage, beat up Bethe Correia in just 34 seconds in defence of her bantamweight title on Saturday night - and now she's set to star in her own film.
Paramount executives have picked up the rights to the 28-year-old's autobiography, My Fight/Your Fight, and Rousey will produce and star.
Written by Rousey with her sister Maria Burns Ortiz, the book is an inspirational story celebrating the accomplishments of Rousey, who faced extraordinary challenges on her path to glory.
Co-producing with Rousey is Mary Parent (Godzilla, Pacific Rim), who says: "It's a real honour to be a part of bringing Ronda's incredible story to the big screen."
