Vin Diesel is preparing to get xXx-rated again after announcing plans to reprise his role as Xander Cage on the big screen.
The Fast & Furious star has confirmed he'll be back in the third film in the franchise, which is rumoured to be titled The Return of Xander Cage, after sitting out 2005's xXx: State of the Union.
Diesel originally appeared as extreme-athlete-turned-government-agent Xander Cage in 2002's original xXx.
Announcing the big news via Instagram, Diesel writes, "The time to return has come. Filming starts December in the Philippines."
The original xXx featured the action man, Asia Argento, Marton Csokas and Samuel L Jackson, who returned for the sequel, which starred Ice Cube.
Diesel's next film is The Last Witch Hunter, which is set to hit theatres October 23.
