The Auckland City Limit's (ACL) third and final line-up announcement has been released this morning.
Girl Talk and Auckland pop-punk band Openside are the latest additions to the festival.
Girl Talk consists of Pittsburgh native Gregg Gillis and his "sampling mayhem". He's renowned for mixing dozens of elements and genres into original works.
ACL promoters say Girl Talk shows are notorious for over-the-top crowd participation.
Popular Auckland bar The Golden Dawn's pop-up venue Tavern of Power has made the latest line up announcement, too.
It will be popping up at Western Springs with a lakeside stage to complete the Auckland City Limits line-up of forty artists.
The five-year-old Ponsonby bar began as a pop-up experiment mixing live music, DJs and forays into live comedy.
"The Golden Dawn marches to its own beat and has been tremendously successful in doing just that. I wanted to add an element of the comfortable but unusual to the ACL menu and this is perfect," says ACL promoter Campbell Smith.
The Golden Dawn crew say they're up for the challenge and are promising to deliver "an eclectic programme of bands, comedians and DJs and packing up bar fittings and furniture" to ensure that an "authentic Golden Dawn vibe" filters through ACL.
"We are super duper excited to be taking our show on the road," says Golden Dawn's Matthew Crawley. "The ACL ethos matches our local focus, and we love the idea of being lakeside with our friends at the festival. Keep an open mind and we'll be sure to fill it up with curios, surprises and wonders."
