She burst onto our screens six weeks ago, becoming a household name -- but last night Claudia was eliminated from The Bachelor NZ.
Speaking to Newshub this morning, the bubbly brunette admitted she was "shocked" to leave the mansion, but also happy to be home with friends and family.
Claudia was perhaps best-known for her friendship with controversial personality Naz, and her comments about how tanned she and Bachelor star Jordan Mauger are. However, in terms of her search for love with Mauger, sparks only ever really flew one way.
"I was definitely surprised, because I feel like I had a lot more to offer. I wish that I did get a single date, so that Jordan would have got to know me a bit more. But yeah, I got two dates and one was with 12 girls, so that was a bit hard to get one-on-one time with Jordan, but I tried to make the most at the cocktail parties. "
Asked how she thinks she was presented on television, Claudia says she is happy with her time at the mansion.
"Everybody only got to see a little bit of me. I'm a very bubbly, playful person -- so not everything [the audience] see is real."
Her companion Naz was in tears last night, as her closest ally left the building for good. Claudia says that friendship is one she will miss, but will continue.
"Naz is an amazing woman -- I love her, I love her confidence. What you see is what you get. When we did talk about it, we both have pretty thick skin.
"Of course, she was my BFF in the mansion and hopefully we can continue our friendship out of the mansion."
Despite what the cameras may suggest, Claudia says all the girls got along.
"I got along with everyone, and it is a shame that you didn't get to see that much on the show."
With only 13 bachelorettes left in the mansion, Mauger is gradually getting down to the few that truly count. With that in mind, Claudia has her pick for who will walk away with the title and dream man.
"Well, as you can see last night storm -- she has definitely made her mark on him. And Fleur and Jordan have quite a connection. But I would love to see Naz win. I am like team Naz, and she is my BFF -- I've got her back."
