Rumours have been started about the possible return of cult TV series Curb Your Enthusiasm after an interview on The Rich Eisen Show with actor JB Smoove.
Smoove, who played Leon Black on the show, told Rich Eisen that he calls legendary comedian producer Larry David every two weeks just to check in. And this time David brought up the idea of possibly starting a ninth-season.
"I don't ever bring up Curb Your Enthusiasm, but this time he brings it up," Smoove says.
"How recent was this?" asks Eisen.
"About a month ago he throws out this little 'ehhhh I'm thinking about coming back'."
"He has not said 'no' which puts us in a great position for possibilities," continues Smoove.
And then the retold conversation got even more hopeful.
Larry David apparently asked Smoove: "If I do come back, would you be available?"
"'You know something Larry, I'll be available. Just call, give me early notice, and I'll be there. I'll move anything to the side for Curb Your Enthusiasm, which would be a fabulous thing to do. Season nine would be fabulous."
