British band James are coming to New Zealand for the first time, with two shows in November - at the Powerstation in Auckland on November 9 and at the Opera House in Wellington on November 10.
The Manchester band had a hit with 1993 single 'Laid', which featured in the movie American Pie.
The band are coming to New Zealand off the back of their Australian tour and are celebrating the release of their new album, Girl at the End of the World.
James formed in 1982 and had their biggest success throughout the 1990s. After a long hiatus in 2001, the band reunited in January 2007 and once again hit the road.
Girl at the End of the World debuted this year and hit number two in the UK charts.
Tickets go on sale at 10am on Thursday, August 4 via Event Tree.
