Real estate agents often look to put their magic touch on properties, but one particular house in the UK has enough of that to have any muggle under its spell.
A three-bedroom property in Martins Heron, Bracknell is on the market, and while that in itself seems unremarkable, it does have a unique selling point which is sure to get the interest of Harry Potter-crazed fans.
It was used as 4 Privet Dr, the home of Aunt Petunia and Uncle Vernon, who forced the boy wizard to live in a bedroom under the staircase in 2001 movie Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone.

While the recently renovated house has plenty of living space, an en-suite bathroom and a large garden, it'll probably be the room under the stairs which will draw the most attention.

The house's current owners are hoping J.K Rowling's spell will get them their asking price of £475,000 (NZ$850,000).
The property, a short distance to from the Martins Heron railway station, last sold for £290,000 (NZ$ 518,000) in May 2010.
