Real Housewives' racial slur episode to go ahead

Entertainment channel Bravo will screen a controversial episode of Real Housewives of Auckland, despite attempts to have it censored.

The episode involves an incident in which Julia Sloane uses an offensive racist term against Michelle Blanchard.

The channel has refused to cut the statement out of the programme.

A representative of Julia Sloane says she is deeply apologetic.
