Hit 1990s TV series Charmed looks set to be revived, with television network CW ordering a pilot script for a revamp.
A series about sisters with supernatural powers who fight against evil, Charmed was broadcast on US network WB from 1998 to 2006. It gained a cult following, and starred Rose McGowan, Shannen Doherty, Holly Marie Combs and Alyssa Milano.
E! Online reported that Jane the Virgin executive producer Jennie Snyder Urman will be steering the series, and it will feature a new cast.
It's not yet clear if the network will create a prequel to the original series, or reboot it.
Milano tweeted a reaction to the news to fans, telling them, "You're the best of the best."
Combs also tweeted her support of the new show.
