Justin Bieber has reportedly been named a suspect in a police assault investigation following his fight after an NBA game in June last year.
Footage of the incident, in which Bieber was dressed in Cleveland Cavaliers gear, was published on TMZ.com at the time.
It showed the pop star lashing out at a much larger man before a number of other people became involved, in what looks like a hotel lobby.
The alleged victim has now reportedly filed a police report claiming the fight started after Bieber took his sunglasses. The victim says it left him hospitalised with a concussion.
He has apparently been trying to settle with Bieber out of court, but negotiations are said to have failed.
While police are investigating the incident, no charges have been filed.
It's not the first time the often-troubled former child singer has lashed out violently.
In 2013, he was restrained by his own security guards while screaming "I'll f**king beat the f**k out of you" at paparazzi in the UK.
In November 2016, Bieber was also filmed striking a young fan in the mouth from a moving car window.
