Oprah Winfrey, Reese Witherspoon and Mindy Kaling have bid farewell to New Zealand after filming Disney's A Wrinkle in Time here.

The stars, along with director Ava DuVernay and the film's crew, posed for an epic farewell video shot on a drone and capturing the spectacular Queenstown production location.

In addition to the group video, the stars each posted their own personal goodbye to New Zealand, with Witherspoon saying she was missing us already.

"This land is sacred. God smiles here," said DuVernay.

"I feel blessed to tell a story about light conquering darkness in this exquisite place, under the watchful eyes of the magnificent Maunga Aoraki. Kia ora to the Maori people, Tangata Whenua O Aotearoa. [I'm] eternally grateful to our exceptional New Zealand crew."

"Time to say goodbye to this beautiful view from my log cabin porch... I love New Zealand," wrote Winfrey, who posted many photos with gushing comments about the Queenstown views.

"We love New Zealand," said Kaling.

"Thanks to everyone we encountered in this beautiful country."

A Wrinkle in Time is a fantasy adventure directed by DuVernay and written by Jennifer Lee, based on the 1962 novel series by Madeleine L'Engle.

The movie is set to be released in the US on April 6, 2018.
