Angelina Jolie has reportedly let her brother go as the head nanny of her six-strong brood.
James Haven is believed to have been employed as a care supervisor, overseeing the six nannies employed to care for her and estranged husband Brad Pitt's six children. He usually travels with the Jolie-Pitt pack, but was nowhere to be seen on the family's recent London trip.
However, the reason the 43-year-old brother was dismissed from the management role is because he was drained after working long hours caring for Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh and twins Vivienne and Knox.
"He's loved spending so much time with his nieces and nephews, but it's hard work and he's absolutely shattered," a source told Grazia.
Haven took on more responsibility following the A-listers separating in September, but the load of responsibility has come off, allowing him a chance to step back.
"Brad is coming back into the kids' lives, so things have calmed down a little. She's grateful that James was there, but knows she can't rely on him every step of the way," the source added.
