Chris Hemsworth has released a ravishing video that gives some insight into the intense training required for his Thor movies.
On Instagram, the Australian actor published a montage of his routine, grunting through a number of different exercises while only clothed from the waist down.
Hemsworth, 33, paid tribute to his trainer Luke Zocchi in the post, calling him a "flat out legend".
Thor: Ragnarok is the third film to feature Hemsworth in the lead role as the Norse god of thunder. Directed by Taika Waititi, it's set for an October release.
The first photos from the film were released last week, revealing Thor's new, short-hair look - but it's Hemsworth's intimate view at the body of Thor that is likely to more greatly please many of his fans.
