Justin Bieber to fan - 'You make me sick'

Footage has emerged of the moment pop singer Justin Bieber brutally rejected a fan's request for a selfie in Melbourne.

Belieber Sabah Helal, 20, spotted the 'What Do You Mean?' hitmaker pulling him up behind her at a traffic light in Melbourne CBD, and took the opportunity to get out of her car to get a photo with him.

Ms Helal told The Herald Sun that it very quickly became apparent he wasn't keen on taking a picture with her.

"He was not interested in a photo at all. I told him that I was going to take the photo anyway," she said.

In the video, Bieber can be seen standing outside his car eating an ice cream, and a portion of his conversation with Ms Helal can be heard.

"Come on," Ms Helal can be heard begging him.

"Look at you," he replies. "You make me sick."

For many fans, Bieber's reaction makes complete sense. In an Instagram post last year, he revealed that "if you happen to see me out somewhere know that I'm not gonna take a picture".

"I'm done taking pictures," he wrote. "I realise people will be disappointed but I don't owe anybody a picture."

The 'Sorry' hitmaker is in Australia as part of his Purpose World Tour, and will travel to New Zealand in the coming days ahead of a performance at Auckland's Mt Smart Stadium this weekend.
