Pop superstar Beyonce has sent fans into a frenzy after releasing a brand new song and video about her husband in honour of their ninth wedding anniversary.
A montage of tender moments shared between her and music mogul spouse Jay Z was accompanied by the new track, entitled 'Die With You', and posted on her Instagram account. It received more than 3 million views in two hours.
The song is one many diehard fans of the 'Crazy In Love' hitmaker will have heard before, as footage of her singing the track and playing it on piano was debuted exactly two years ago in a live video filmed by Jay Z.
However it was never made available as a downloadable track, and she never performed it live before or after the video was created - so the song has left many fans bristling with excitement.
It has also alleviated fears that Beyonce and Jay Z's relationship was on the rocks - a rumour that was popularised with Beyonce's 2016 track 'Lemonade', which featured lyrics about an unfaithful partner.
'Die With You' has been released in its entirety exclusively on Tidal, a high-fidelity streaming platform owned by Jay Z that is a rival service to the much larger Spotify.
She also shared a new playlist on Tidal that features several emotionally charged songs from Radiohead, Robin Thicke, Michael Jackson, Kanye West, Feist and Outkast.
It's not yet known whether the release of 'Die With You' will herald a new album from the 'Countdown' singer.
