Daniel Craig is reportedly set to reprise his role as James Bond, despite previously saying he's rather "slash his wrists" than play the superspy again.

Adele is also rumoured to be doing the theme song again after her Academy Award-winning hit 'Skyfall' for the 2012 film.

The report was made by the Mirror, who quoted 'a source close to the production' of the upcoming 25th Bond film.

"Craig and Adele together are the winning team, the ultimate choice, the money spinners," the source is reported as saying.

"It's taken time but Daniel has come round and the strong consensus in the Bond offices is that Mr Craig is 007 again. As for Adele, she's more of an unknown quantity but loved being part of Bond, so the signs are positive."

Craig, 49, has appeared in four 007 films so far - Casino Royale, Quantum of Solace, Skyfall and Spectre.

Reports of his leaving the franchise were followed by buzz growing for potential successors, including Idris Elba and Tom Hiddleston.
