The first release of the 2017/18 Rhythm and Vines line up is here, and it's a big one.

This year's festival will house some of the world's hottest festival acts, headlined by hip-hop legend Schoolboy Q, who recently performed at Splendour in the Grass and Coachella.

Also set to perform is 21-year-old Guernsey-born producer mura masa, best known for his track 'Love Sick'.

Electronic superstars 2manydjs, who performed in 2009, will be bringing back their full live show. Drum and Bass hitmakers Wilkinson and Netsky are also returning to the Gisborne festival.

Other international act rounding off the first release include Giggs, A-Trak, Felix da Housecat, Boombox Cartel, B. Traits, Sub Focus DJ Set, Camo & Krooked, Cut Snake, Solardo, Rezz, DJ T, Pomo and Setmo.

Kiwi acts perfomring at the three day festival include David Dallas, Sachi, Jess B, Chores, Clicks,

Yoko Zuna, SNIFFERS, Ria Hall, Montell2099 as well as the return of the 'Prince ofWaiohika'; P-Money.

2017 will see the festival celebrate its 15th year of welcoming in the New Year at Waiohika Estate in Gisborne. Organisers say campsites for the New Year's festival are already at 75 percent capacity.
