Rapper Mystikal has been arrested and charged with raping a woman in his home state of Louisiana.
The 'Ghetto Fabulous' hitmaker turned himself after police issued a warrant for his arrest over the alleged incident, which he is accused of carrying out in October, 2016.
Mystikal, real name Michael Tyler, is charged with first-degree rape alongside another named Averweone Holman, according to reports.
The allegation stems from an incident at a Shreveport casino where the rapper was performing at the Legends of Southern Hip-Hop concert.
TMZ reports that an associate of Mystikal says he'll plead not guilty, dismissing the charges as "totally bogus".
He and his co-accused have their bonds set at US$2 million each.
Mystikal released his debut solo album Mind Of Mystikal in 1995 and is perhaps most well known for his contribution to Ludacris' 'Move Bitch'.
