Usher does not have herpes and could not have infected women with the virus, according to a new report published just days after celebrity lawyer Lisa Bloom announced three new clients making the accusations.

'Credible sources' close to the pop star are said to have provided documents and photographs to Sandrarose.com that prove he did not pay former babysitter, Maya Fox-Davis, a US$1.1 million settlement, as reported elsewhere.

Radar Online originally published a report in July about the singer spreading herpes to an ex-lover and that a million dollar cheque was paid as settlement.

Sandrarose.com reports the cheque Ms Fox-Davis received was from an accounting firm as payment for her babysitting services, not a settlement cheque from a law firm.

Other documents are said to lack the names of the plaintiff, defendant and the lawyers involved because the legal complaint doesn't exist, according to Usher's representatives.

Usher's wife, Grace Raymond, is reportedly unfazed by the accusations, believing her husband to be clean - literally and figuratively.

The 'Yeah' hitmaker, who is currently in Atlanta recording his next album, has not responded to the allegations.

Usher's legal team is reportedly working on a defamation case against "everyone involved" in making the accusations against him.
