Ed Sheeran has said he's excited to return to New Zealand and visit some of the tourist attractions, particularly the "huge f**king lake" in the South Island.
The 'Shape Of You' singer broke both his arms in a tumble from a bicycle last month and had to cancel some shows, putting his Aotearoa shows in danger of being postponed or cancelled.
Sheeran said at the time it "may affect some of his upcoming shows", but confirmed to local radio on Tuesday that he's "absolutely looking forward to New Zealand".
"I didn't actually get to do all of the proper tourist stuff last time," he told Newstalk ZB.
"I want to go to Wellington again. And... what's it called ... the huge f***ing lake in the South Island?"
He presumably means Lake Wakatipu, near Queenstown and Wanaka. He also said he wanted to visit "Milton Sounds" while on his South Island leg.
The 26-year-old has six shows planned for New Zealand - three in Auckland and three in Dunedin in March and April 2018.
Elbow fractures obtained during his accidnrt meant he was forced to cancel concerts during the Asian leg of his international tour.
He said this morning that he's continuing to recover from his injuries.
"I've got a brace on my arm and my ribs are still broken but my arms are alright I mean it always sucks having to cancel shows and having a broken arm and what not, but by and large, I'm alright.
"I'm still going to ride a bicycle... freak accidents happen."
