In the midst of an investigation into Today show host Matt Lauer, shocking new allegations have come to light.
The US talk show host was fired after a colleague laid a "detailed complaint" about "inappropriate sexual behaviour in the workplace", according to the board chairman.
Speaking to Variety, more than 10 women accusing Lauer of inappropriate conduct revealed the sordid details of his behaviour.
They alleged Lauer had a button under his desk which allowed the office to be locked from the inside.
"His office was in a secluded space, and he had a button under his desk that allowed him to lock his door from the inside without getting up. This afforded him the assurance of privacy," two of the women reportedly told Variety.
"It allowed him to welcome female employees and initiate inappropriate contact while knowing nobody could walk in on him."
Lauer is also accused of giving one female colleague a sex toy as a present, accompanied by a note describing how he wanted to use it on her.
Another female colleague said she had been "summoned" to Lauer's office, where he allegedly showed her his penis, and then proceeded to chastise her for not engaging in sex.
He also reportedly would regularly engage in a game of 'F**k, Marry, Kill' with co-workers - apparently to get across to his colleagues which of them he'd like to sleep with.
