Basketball legend Dennis Rodman has been arrested under suspicion of driving under the influence.
According to Reuters, Police stopped the 56-year-old hall of famer late on Saturday evening (local time) on a California highway for a traffic violation. Rodman then reportedly failed both a sobriety test and breathalyzer test.
Newport Beach Police Department Sergeant Robert Bennett said:
"He was more than the legal limit" but that the retired five-time NBA champion cooperated with officials.
Notorious party-boy Rodman has made headlines most recently for his unusual friendship with North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un, whom he has visited on several occasions and calls "a friend for life".
Rodman has since been released from prison and given a court date, according to Police.
