A Kiwi contestant competing in the US Bachelor Winter Games has been kicked off the show in the most cringeworthy fashion.

The pressure became too much for Ally Thompson when she was put in front of a panel of special guest judges for a kissing competition.

"I think I'm going to vomit right now," she said as other contestants made out with each other.

She was right.

"I think I'm going to be sick," she said when it came to her turn to kiss fellow contestant Josiah Graham, before turning and sprinting to the toilets.

A cameraman filmed her as she vomited, before telling Graham it is was all nerves - not the thought of her mouth touching his.

"I'm sorry. I'm so embarrassed," Thompson said.

She then returned to the kissing competition, insisting she brushed her teeth - but any romance appeared to have left... along with the contents of her stomach.

During her exit interview, Thompson tearfully admitted there wasn't "that spark" with her partner anyway.

The Bachelor NZ season three favourite Lily McManus and season two's Bachelor himself, Jordan Mauger, are still on the show.
