British actor Idris Elba has proposed to his model girlfriend Sabrina Dhowre.
The 45-year-old Luther star dropped to one knee onstage, before a screening of his new film, Yardie, at London's Rio Cinema.

A fan caught the proposal on video, where Elba can be seen sighing a breath of relief, when Dhowre says 'yes'.
Rio Cinema confirmed the proposal on Twitter, writing: "Another @riocinema first! Still 5 days to Valentines Day but @idriselba went down on one knee and proposed to his girlfriend live on stage this morning before a preview of his film #Yardie."
The couple met last year, when Elba filmed The Mountain Between Us in Canada, where Dhowre is from.
This will be Elba's third marriage.
