She's bringing the original core cast with her, with John Goodman, Laurie Metcalf, Lecy Goranson, Sara Gilbert, Michael Fishman, Emma, Ames McNamara and Jayden Rey all set to feature in the new series.
Roseanne launches in the US on March 27 and promises to "explore life, death and everything in between through the relatable, hilarious and brutally honest lens of the Conner household".
The revival is facing a boycott from some viewers over Barr's controversial public statements in recent years, which have been called anti-Semitic, Islamaphobic, racist and transphobic.
