Kiwi choreographer Parris Goebel has hit back at a fan who labelled her a snob online.

On Monday the dancer, best known for choreographing the routine in Justin Bieber's 'Sorry' music video, took to Twitter to slam a fan who said she was "pretty snobbish" when they met.

"Met Parris Goebel last week...pretty snobbish...my sister met her at Krispy Kreme today and even agreed lol i was like "i told ya so"..look what a lil fame does (sic)," the person wrote.

The tweet triggered a tirade from Goebel, who wrote a series of tweets about her struggles in the public eye, targeted at her critics.

"You have no idea what it's like to be in my shoes. I am human and just like you I have my bad days or I am exhausted as you would of noticed when I met you," she wrote.

"I do my best to take photos and talk to my fans but sometimes I am just exhausted because I don't know if you have noticed but I work my ass off.

"And to have people like you comment on how I SHOULD behave or live my life, is a JOKE."

It appears to have been a bad month for the Kiwi choreographer.

Goebel, who has shot to worldwide fame in recent years after working with the likes of Rihanna and Jennifer Lopez, similarly hit out on social media at tabloid magazine Woman's Day, saying she felt "exploited" and "disgusted" after their feature on her.
