A five-storey-tall mural featuring a blue penis is to be destroyed just a week after it was put up, due to residents finding the image offensive.
The mural, by artist Carolina Falkholt, was unveiled on Wednesday morning (local time), The Guardian reports.

The wall has been regularly painted with murals from local artists from collective Kollektivet Livet since 2008. Usually a mural lasts around six months before a new one is installed.
Ms Falkholt had hoped the penis mural would last longer than a similar one she had painted in New York, which only lasted three days after an uproar from local residents.
Unfortunately the mural, entitled "F**k the World" is now also in line to be removed thanks to similar complaints from Stockholm residents.
"Culture and art are important in developing interesting urban environments," Camilla Klimt, marketing manager for the company that owns the building, told Swedish paper Aftonbladet.
"Of course, we care about artistic freedom. But at the same time, we must respect neighbours' opinions."
The reaction was not entirely negative. Some neighbours had seen the penis as an "important part of the debate about sexuality, body and gender ".
