Lord Ivar and his spouse will be wed in a private chapel in Devon before the end of the UK summer, reports the Daily Mail.
Her Majesty's cousin will be given away at the altar by his ex-wife Penny, who is also the mother of his three daughters.
The forthcoming ceremony reportedly has the full blessing of the family, but will only be attended by a select few. One of his best friends is the Queen's son, Prince Edward.
The nuptials will be the second of three royal weddings in 2018 - Prince Harry married Meghan Markle in May, and his cousin Princess Eugenie will marry Jack Brooksbank in October.
