Pippa Middleton is expecting her first child with husband James Matthews.
The younger sister of the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, has just past her first 12 weeks of pregnancy, revealing her news in her fitness column for British publication Waitrose Weekend.
Titling the article 'Exercising During Pregnancy', she discusses how she plans to work out moving forward.
"I've noticed my body change but through exercise I feel it's being strengthened," she said.

Waitrose reports she is experiencing the joys of the first trimester and the challenges she faces in adjusting her exercise regime to be as healthy as possible during this exciting time.
This is the first child for the couple, who were married in May 2017.
The baby is expected in October.
