Hip-hop and electronic fans rejoice: A$AP Rocky, Skrillex, Skepta and Lil Skies will play Auckland in the coming months.
The artists will perform at Auckland's Spark Arena on September 28 for an event called Listen In presented by Fuzzy and Live Nation.
The event is a spin-off of the annual Australian dance and hip-hop festival Listen Out which sold out all its Australian dates across the last two years.
- Manurewa high school's epic hip hop routine goes viral
- Hip-hop is more popular than rock for the first time ever
- Zane Lowe: One of NZ's best-known exports that few Kiwis have heard of
It's the first time the event is being brought to New Zealand shores.
Spark presale tickets will be available from Thursday July 5 at 12:00pm. General tickets will go on sale Monday July 9 at 1:00pm from Ticketmaster.
With over 300 million plays on Spotify for his track 'F**kin' Problems' and his third album on its way, A$AP Rocky sets to return with a banging set, while 19-year-old Lil Skies is heading to Listen In as part of his debut Australasian tour.
The eight-time Grammy Award winner Skrillex is back with brand new music which should make for an electrifying show, alongside Skepta, an accomplished UK artist, MC, producer and record-label owner.
