John Cena has shocked the internet by posting a photo showing he's become even more muscular than normal.
The 41-year-old actor and wrestler posted an image of his new physique to Twitter on Thursday with little explanation.
He's reportedly lost 8kg recently in order to gain the new physique.
Fans were shocked by the sheer amount of muscle he now has, with huge arms and massive veins sticking out.
"When your body starts looking like Google maps on terrain view... you're crushing it," one Twitter user responded.
"It actually looks like there are gummy snakes inside of Big John's arms," another user said.
Many others simply posted GIFs to illustrate their shock at the wrestler's transformation.
