The 24-year-old social media star was photographed being loaded into an ambulance by paramedics outside the lavish event held at LA's Delilah nightclub.
Hembrow, who has 8.6 million followers on Instagram, published a video telling fans she was okay and blaming the medical emergency on lack of sleep.
"I was running off pretty much 30 hours no sleep. I was struggling to stay awake even when I was getting my hair and make-up done," she said.
The fitness model admitted alcohol played a role in the incident, which resulted in her collapsing at the party.
"I probably definitely shouldn't have been drinking because of how jet-lagged I was, because of how exhausted I was, and I already wasn't feeling well at all," she said.
"Honestly, I'm already super, super embarrassed about it."
Unconfirmed reports from multiple media outlets claim Hembrow had been strapped to the stretcher face-down because she had been vomiting.
Hembrow tearfully concluded her message by thanking her "real fans" and vowing to "grow and become a stronger person".
Jenner's extravagant birthday bash was reportedly shut down by police after the festivities breached alcohol laws by continuing past 2am.
