Written while New Zealand eagerly waited for the arrival of New Zealand's first baby, it is based around the experiences Neve may encounter.
The description of the book says: "The baby is asleep and all is well. All is quiet until... Along comes a crowd of rowdy sports fans, paparazzi, politicians and many more."
By the end of the book, hopefully readers will be able to "teach rowdy sports fans, paparazzi, politicians and many more to be quiet using the power of Shh!"
Hachette publishing manager Alison Shucksmith told Stuff the book will celebrate a historical moment.
"This month, we celebrate the fact that we were the first country in the world to give women the right to vote. Now, we're leading the way again by having the leader of our country give birth while in office."
Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern and Clark Gayford are aware of the book and made some suggestions, but cannot endorse or recommend any products or services.
