Nicki Minaj, Lil Pump, Mura Masa to play Auckland for FOMO By Night festival

Nicki Minaj will play one New Zealand show next year as the headline act at FOMO By Night festival, it has been announced.

The 'Anaconda' hitmaker leads a line-up that also features Lil Pump, Mura Masa and a host of other hip-hop artists set to perform in Auckland on January 9.

The all-ages show promises "one stage, no clashes", allowing audiences to "party together" at Spark Arena early next year.

Minaj dropped her latest album, Queen, last month, which reached the number two spot on the US charts behind Travis Scotts' Astroworld in its first week.

She's also made headlines recently over being embroiled in a feud with fellow hip-hop superstar Cardi B.

Lil Pump is renowned for his ultra-repetitive track 'Gucci Gang', which repeats the title phrase a whopping total of 12 times in its chorus. He recently released the track 'I Love It' with Kanye West.

FOMO By Night Auckland 2019 tickets go on sale to the general public on Monday, October 1.
